Acme Construction Co, Inc. is seeking qualified bids from subcontractors and supplier on all public projects that we are bidding.
When submitting a Subcontractor or Supplier bid to Acme Construction please use the following methods; PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR BID TO AN ESTIMATOR’S EMAIL.

Acme is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required so all bidder must be bondable. When a bond is required Acme will pay up to 1% of the bid price, except for projects that require subcontractor bonds to be included.
Successful subcontractor bidders will be required to sign and accept Acme Construction’s Master Subcontract Agreement. This document is signed once and will apply to all projects a subcontractor is selected for thereafter.
Subcontractor’s terms and conditions that conflict with Acme Contract will not be accepted. Any listing of subcontractors on Acme Public Bids as required by the Public Contract Code Section 4100 is contingent upon the subcontractor’s acceptance of Acme’s Master Subcontract Agreement.
For each specific project, Acme Construction will issue a Subcontract Work Order. This document will reference the Master Subcontract Agreement, which will have had to be signed and accepted before subcontractor is issued a Subhttps://acmeconstruction.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/acme-subcontract.zipcontract Work Order.

Obtaining Bid Documents
Public Bid documents are available at our main office and online. It is the responsibility of each subcontractor or supplier to view all pertinent bid documents prior to submitting a bid proposal. Listing all addenda on your bid is required.
